We will discuss your fitness goals and I will work with you on a few movements to evaluate your range of motion, flexibility, balance, and note what you may need help working on, and discuss discomforts you may be experiencing or prior injuries. Then we can discuss a fitness plan and how often you would like to train together each week.

After we've been through our consultation, we'll create a plan customized for you. For recommended best results we recommend 2 to 3 times/week and with a flexible schedule that works best for you so you can make it part of your regular routine.
