
ESP Fitness personal training creates programming to improve endurance, we program work on movements to improve the ability to exercise for a longer duration. Challenging yourself will get you the most benefits and results including releasing endorphins that improve your mood and burn calories.

We work with each client one-on-one using methods to improve your strength. Each client's ESP Fitness personal training plan will include a program that includes resistance training to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons, protecting against cramps and injuries. Strength training also protects against osteoporosis by strengthening your bones improving mobility, balance, and posture. This is particularly important as we age.

ESP Fitness personal training will focus a portion of your programming to include movements to improve your power. Jumping, hopping, and high-intensity movements improve your ability to react, increase the ability to do more while expending less energy, and improves heart health. This is important because quick reaction reduces the chance for injuries, such as catching your balance instead falling.
